1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your GAMCA medical appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Important: Cancellation time is 3 days

You must submit your cancellation request at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

1.1 Cancellation Process

  • Submit cancellation request through our website or contact our support team
  • Provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation
  • Receive confirmation of cancellation request
  • Refund process will begin based on eligibility

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Processing

  • Once refund is approved the amount will be credit in 7 to 10 working days
  • Processing fees (₹100) are non-refundable
  • Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Service unavailability due to technical issues
  • Appointment cancellation by GAMCA medical center
  • Double booking errors
  • System errors or technical failures

2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No-show for scheduled appointment
  • Late arrival resulting in missed appointment
  • Incomplete or incorrect documentation
  • Violation of GAMCA medical center policies
  • Cancellation requests made less than 3 days before appointment

3. Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate changes in your plans:

  • First rescheduling: Free of charge (must be requested at least 3 days in advance)
  • Subsequent rescheduling: ₹250 administrative fee
  • New appointment date subject to availability

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies, we offer special consideration for cancellations and refunds:

  • Provide medical certificate or documentation
  • Full refund may be considered minus processing fees
  • Case-by-case evaluation

4.2 Natural Disasters/Force Majeure

In events beyond our control:

  • Free rescheduling will be offered
  • Full refund if service cannot be provided
  • Alternative arrangements when possible
